About Me
Luhao Li is a senior student at Johns Hopkins University, majoring in Computer Science and Writing Seminars. Last summer, he interned at Shengqu Games, one of the biggest gaming companies in China. During that time, he worked as a Game System Designer and a Plot & Quest Designer for 3 months. It was one of the most wonderful experiences he’s ever had.He was able to use his imagination and creativity to create a lot of different things. He worked on the mobile version of the game La Tale, in which he created dozens of characters and their sub-quests. He devoted whatever he could to making them as real as possible and received lots of compliments from his co-workers.
He is also making a rogue-like card game with his friends right now. It is inspired by the famous rogue-like games Hades and Slay the Spire. He wants to combine the intriguing combat system with a deep and attractive plot line. The game is set in Sengoku period of Japan in which a samurai avenges his wife and child against some of the most famous warlords in that period. Although it is still in the preliminary period, he wishes to complete the game before graduation.
